We are glad to announce that Envisioning Corals has been invited to Focus Live 2022! A dissemination event in Milano (Italy), held in November 2022 (4, 5, 6) at Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia.
The event focuses on bringing scientific concepts closer to the public, the main theme for this year has been “horizons”: what are the goals of scientific research, what limits we will overcome, how far will technology and space exploration go, what will the world, our lives, and science be like in 2052? The goal is to present to the general public the horizons of human knowledge in a popular science language (from physics to medicine, biology to genetics, environmental protection to technology to digital communication).
Our team has been invited to show the Envisioning Corals application over the three days event to the public, and to present the project in an informative talk at the Speakers’ corner of the event. We’ve been able to interact with thousands of participants, to exchange opinions and show our VR application. The talk has been carried on by the Mind and Behavior Technological Center on how XR technologies can help in communicating sustainability issues: “Making visibile the invisible”.
