Title: Evolving voice-based UX: from command lines to empathic conversation
Abstract: Can an artificial human establish an empathic relationship with a human being? What main features are required to be defined as empathetic? Is it possible to create an AI system capable of learning and rapid growth to become more and more useful? How will user experience change as a result of these new interfaces? These are some of the questions that Iolanda Iacono, Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for QuestIT, will address in her talk. Together we will analyze several examples of artificial humans already available and we will discover the best practices required to build them.
